The PR department is led by the Director who is charge of the overall advocacy of the movement. This includes maintenance and instigation of creative projects as well as close cooperation with other departments to make their visual aspects appealing in the eyes of prospective members.
The PR department seeks to expand upon a policy of creative outsourcing to spread the message of Synthesis beyond the boundaries afforded by literal text. To facilitate this goal, the PR department consists of those who are interested in advocating Neoism through already-obtained creative skills. Through these means, Synthesis hopes to start being able to produce movies, novels, radio shows, TV programs, and other forms of entertainment media that project humanitarian values in an entertaining way.
The PR department also extends its hand to other organizations who do not have the expertise or the time to produce appealing visual aids in which case Synthesis offers a free service to all non-government establishments for the design of graphics and other forms of visual media.
The Director seeks to build up the department into a network of members who can link NGOs and civil society visually as well as practically while providing a pool of skills from which civil society organizations can choose from. In the near future, upon the attainment of a stable source of income, Synthesis seeks to create a paid workforce of graphic designers that are financed by collectivized NGO resources vested in Global Equinox to create a stable and efficient means to advocate the individual and collective goals of the civil society community.
